Cowgirl Inspired Dress & A Denim Vest

I bought this dress at the Plato's Closet bag sale, where you get to fill a bag with sale items for $15. In other words, I got it for less than $1 : ). The denim vest cost $15 at Delia's, and the necklace is from Charming Charlie's for about $4. I'd say this outfit could also include some cowboy boots or a sweater cardigan to convert it to fall.
