Floral and peplum

I just need to say this immediately- this top and shorts cost me $9 :). Top is Love on A Hanger from Plato's, and shorts are Gianni Bini from Closet Savvy in Grand Island. Though technically my mom bought me those... And she also bought me the lovely jacket from Dress Barn. Aaand... She bought me the Steve Madden sandals. (Not pictured) So really she basically bought me this whole outfit. :) thanks to my lovely mother!
