Neon & watermelons

Today I finally broke out an outfit I bought in California- here's the thing about buying while traveling- you might think it's cute at the time, but impulse buys rarely turn out how you'd like. I bought the pieces separately, thinking they'd be adorable together and I wouldn't find anything in NE. When I got home, however, I realized I had about 200 better things in my closet, and just never tried to wear it. Yesterday while packing, though, I saw just how many unworn items I had in my closet. Now I'm on a mission to at least try each item once. So today we have:
